Ahmad Dojo Manager — Privacy Policy

Ahmad Dojo Manager helps martial arts coaches manage students, training schedules, attendance, and payments. This policy describes what data the app uses and why.

Data we collect

• Account information: name, phone number, and/or email you provide when invited or logging in.
• Training data: schedule, attendance, RSVP responses, and belt/rank information.
• Payment records: payment status and receipts generated in the app (processed locally; not card numbers).
• Device data: push notification tokens (to send training reminders and coach updates) and basic device type (iOS/Android).
• Camera: used only when you scan a QR code for attendance; images are not stored or uploaded.

How data is stored

Data is stored on your device and, when cloud sync is enabled by your dojo, synchronized through our Supabase workspace so your coach and fellow students see the same schedule and records. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

• Supabase — secure cloud database for dojo sync (see supabase.com/privacy).
• Apple / Google — push notification delivery when enabled.

Your choices

You can log out at any time. Uninstalling the app removes local data. Contact your coach to remove or update your account in the dojo roster.

Children

Ahmad Dojo Manager may be used by minors enrolled by a coach or parent. Account creation is controlled by the coach via invite codes.
